Dr. Dieter Steiner

 

Company Director

 

Dr. Dieter Steiner is the managing director of SSP EUROPE GmbH with its head office in Munich. The doctorate-qualified computer scientist designed the security service providing concept of SSP EUROPE and implemented it together with a team of technicians and engineers as the managing director of A.P.E. GmbH IT-Security. The development of the model started in 2004, and at the beginning of 2008 Dr. Dieter Steiner converted the company into the strategic business unit SSP EUROPE GmbH. During his career in the IT industry, which started in 1993, Dr. Dieter Steiner has successfully brought two IT system houses to the market and realised a wide range of large projects with renowned customers.

Thomas Haberl

 

Manager Channel Sales

 

Thomas Haberl is the sales manager and shareholder of SSP EUROPE. For 14 years, the qualified IT systems sales professional has worked in the IT sector and, in doing so, has succeeded in acquiring not only an excellent customer network, but exceptional business contacts with manufacturers and distributors. He was sales director and shareholder at the IT system house EDV-BV IT Group, with 30 permanent staff members and a turnover of €12 million. He has been the sales manager at SSP EUROPE since 2007 and has had a decisive influence over the concept and development of the company.

Oliver Helml

 

Manager Enterprise Sales

 

Oliver Helml is the manager of enterprise sales has been responsible since September 2011 for the enterprise business of SSP EUROPE. With over 10 years experience in the IT sector, of which a number have been spent in the IT security sector, he brings with him the skills required in order to drive the project business of SSP EUROPE forward. Oliver Helml was previously employed by Integralis AG in sales, where he was responsible for the south German region. The foundations for his career consist of an electro-technical and an IT-specific commercial sales qualification.

Nadine Hümmer

 

Manager Inside Sales

 

Nadine Hümmer is the manager responsible for internal sales and oversees the entire processing of orders and projects at SSP EUROPE. As a qualified information technology specialist with a focus on system integration, she moved into the IT sector after 6 years of professional experience in the commercial field. Through close cooperation between internal sales, engineering and application development, the realisation and ongoing support of projects is constantly guaranteed. Ms Hümmer has been a member of the ISO team and responsible for the implementation of the sales aspects for over 2 years.

Andreas Slama

 

Manager Marketing & PR

 

Following completion of his economics studies in Vienna at the IDC (International Data Corporation) Austria, Andreas Slama began working in the IT sector where he led market research, organised specialist IT conferences and carried out consultancy projects. After this he became managing director and partner of the leading IT PR agency, where he supported renowned national and international IT companies. Since 2004 he has been active on the market with his own company, AS markom GmbH, offering marketing and communication services. He has been working in the role of marketing manager at SSP EUROPE since the end of 2010 and he delivers support to the leading suppliers of secure service providing in the process of expansion throughout Germany and internationally.


Technology and application development

Dan Jakob

 

Manager IT Security Division

 

Following on from his qualification as an IT systems electronics engineer, Dan Jakob - who has worked for the company since 2001 - has occupied a range of operative posts as a systems engineer and consultant, and has supported SSP EUROPE in the development and design of security services from the outset. He possesses many years of operative experience in dealing with IT security products familiar on the market. In his role as manager of the IT security division, he and his team are responsible for the operation of SSP security products and services, and for the implementation and planning of complex IT security projects. With the cooperation of the service management, ISO team and consulting services in IT security and the compliance division, he supports the team and customers of SSP EUROPE in relation to all issues surrounding IT security.

Thomas Probst

 

Manager Application Development

 

Thomas Probst is the manager of software development at SSP EUROPE GmbH. The qualified IT specialist, with a focus on application development, employs his 16 years of experience in programming for the SSP concept. He co-developed the 2004 model at A.P.E. GmbH IT-Security and has been responsible for numerous internal developments in areas such as CRM, ERP and SIEM. Since 2008 he and his team have been developing the SSP CONTROL BOARD on an ongoing basis, and thereby supporting SSP EUROPE customers in the administration, evaluation and monitoring of their complex IT security.

Christian Ederer

 

Manager Data Centres & Applications

 

Christian Ederer has been involved in technology ever since completing his qualification in IT systems commerce in 1995. His professional career has encompassed various managerial positions in renowned regional and national system houses as well as in a globally active production company, and as such he is able to draw upon a broad wealth of experience. He has been the manager of data centres and applications since 2009 and is responsible for the seamless operation and further development of the data centres of SSP EUROPE . He also supports sales through technical consulting.
