SSP SECURE MAIL blocks spam emails and emails containing viruses, Trojans, vandals and other malware. The filtering of the SMTP traffic takes place prior to reaching your network, in the SSP EUROPE data centre, so that your network and your productive and storage systems are relieved of processing undesired and hazardous data.

You are no longer required to dimension the capacity of your IT for information that brings you no benefit and even poses a risk to you. SSP EUROPE always utilises the highest capacity systems available for your purposes and these are monitored around the clock. Reputation-supported spam recognition attains effectiveness of up to 100 percent. The function is constantly aligned with the threat situation as well as your requirements.

The functionality is available irrespective of provider. Internal mail servers can still be used without problem. Furthermore, an LDAP connection with your standard user directory (e.g. active Active Directory) is also possible. It is not necessary to additionally maintain accounts in the SSP EUROPE systems. Requirements from a legal perspective

Accepted spam must be delivered (TKG, BDSG)
It is necessary to implement sufficient measures in order to prevent company damages (HGB, AktG, KontraG)
Commercial post sent electronically must also be stored in accordance with legal regulations

As much spam as possible must be legally disposed of prior to entering the company network (reputation filter)
